• Detailer/Checker
  This is a person with more than 10 years experience in the field. We expect this person to have detailed both commercial and industrial buildings. This person must have an overall knowledge of fabrication methods, erection procedures, and connection design. This person is expected to take responsibility for the final product and can be a project leader.
  
  
• Detailer/Programmer
  This is a person with experience in the detailing field and programming experience. The programming skills in basic, C++ and database software. This person will program in house software to meet our customer's needs.
  
  
• Detailer
  This is a person with 3 to 10 years of experience that details buildings. This person will learn to use our 3D software to model and detail buildings. During this time this person will learn project management skills.
  
  
• Detailer Trainee
  This is a person must have a minimum of a high school diploma and preferably a two year technical course in engineering, detailing, or other building construction related field. We recommend that a candidate's math skills include trigonometry and computer skills include Microsoft Office and CAD. Our training program is one to two years of hand detailing on a drawing board. Two to four students will work with an experienced trainer detailing small buildings. We feel that the small job environment is more conducive to learning buildings from the ground up.
  
  
• Senior Engineer
  This is a person must be a registered structural engineer and have a minimum of a ten years experience in design structural steel buildings and connections.
  
  
• Assistant Engineer
  This is a person must have a degree in structural and or civil engineering. The applicant should have experience with office software and C++ programming.
