Our corporate core values are Teamwork,
Quality, and Continuous Improvement.
Teamwork: Similar to iron workers
erecting a building, our reputation is based on all our team
players knowing and trusting the whereabouts of each other in the
project. Ironworkers depend on this for safety, since in the field
it is always the person not accounted for who is injured. We
believe that safety in the shop and field starts in the
engineering office. It is information not accounted for in the
office that can lead to compromising conditions in the field.
Quality:
Although a direct result of teamwork, quality is the foundation of
our company. Integrity, commitment, professionalism, and
accountability are all building blocks of this goal. We are the
first to recognize our errors and will always be the first to
resolve the problem.
Our commitment to our customers, the
ironworkers, and ourselves is quality service.
Continuous Improvement:
None of the above will happen without a
commitment to improving the corporation. Our corporate commitment
to our staff is based on education, technology and work
environment. Our founder was committed to being on the leading
edge of these principles. In our transition from a family business
to an employee run company, we want to take the experience of our
past and mold a future that places Mountain Enterprises as a
leader in our industry.
Education is a commitment to recording and passing on the hard-earned expertise of our senior people. We demand and support continuing education in structural engineering, building technologies and computer sciences. Technology is the simple commitment to have and use the best software and hardware for the job.
Work environment is providing optimum conditions for maximum growth in the company. We realize that all the parts of the whole are important and that only through fairness and trust can these goals be met.
